6. Refund and Cancellation

6.1 Services

If you cannot attend a live or scheduled service, you may request a refund within 48 hours prior to the start date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days as a credit to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may reschedule to a future session if space is available. Requests made less than 48 hours before the start date are not eligible for refund, as resources have been allocated to deliver the session.

6.2 Digital Products

Access to downloadable or streaming content is granted immediately after purchase. All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refund once access is provided, due to the nature of the materials. If you experience technical issues, please contact customer support for assistance.

6.3 Physical Goods

Customers may request a refund for unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. After approval, submit the item to the address provided by customer support at your cost. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive the merchandise.

7. Scheduling Changes

We understand that plans change. For service rescheduling, submit a request at least 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate a one-time reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by Learn Spire and protected by applicable law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Liability

Learn Spire is not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our offerings. Our maximum obligation to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific offering.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after any update signifies acceptance of the new terms.
